Doug Packer is a Certified Surgical Technologist since 1984. Doug is certified in basic life support, central supply, and sterilization techniques, and he has received a certification in surgical technology. Doug is responsible for assisting in all surgical procedures and maintaining the quality and high standards of all equipment in their fully accredited operating facility.
Doug enjoys spending time outdoors either fishing or hiking in the beautiful California region. Doug is a loving father of two and is proud to call himself a grandfather. Born in Pennsylvania, Doug moved to the West Coast at the young age of five and has called it home ever since.
John Schwab, M.D.
John Schwab, M.D. is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for 20 years providing excellence in anesthesiology and patient care. Dr. Schwab attended medical school at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas and finished his anesthesiology residency at Stanford Medical Center. Dr. Schwab has been happily married for 23 years to his wife Monica Aszterbaum, M.D., a Gynecological Specialist. They are the proud parents of two lovely daughters and a son who all attend Corona Del Mar High School. Their weekends are primarily spent driving to and from the many sporting events their children are involved in. However, in their spare time they enjoy cooking, entertaining, family dinners and especially their family vacations.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Samantha Dischner has been in the plastic surgery dermatology industry for fifteen years working in both the back and front office. She has been with Esthetica for over a year now as a patient coordinator and takes great pride in making sure every patient’s experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She is a Southern California native who grew up playing soccer competitively, loves the outdoors and spending time with her friends/family and two rescue dogs. Samantha is a big advocate for animal rights and spends her free time volunteering at local shelters and supporting rescue foundations. Her outgoing personality and ability to connect to the patients makes them feel very comfortable during their surgical process and helps them feel at ease. This year has been an eventful one as she recently had her second child in September so the majority of her free time is spent with her two children Knox (2) and Navy (3) months.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Jessica Lindquist has been in the health & fitness industry as a personal trainer and health coach for over ten years, which made it an easy transition for her to get into the world of plastic surgery. She has been with Esthetica for over a year now as a patient coordinator and takes great pride in making sure every patient’s experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She is a California native who grew up playing Volley Ball competitively, loves the traveling and spending time with her friends/family and drinking wine. Her kind and warm personality make the process feel very comfortable for the patient throughout their experience with Esthetica.
Veronica is our practice manager at our Del Mar location, and recently celebrated her 16 year anniversary with the practice. She has a strong background in the customer service and cosmetic industry. She was a traveling artist Estee Lauder, and MAC make-up artist at Nordstrom. She loves talking to patients and making sure they have a legendary experience with our practice.
Veronica has 3 beautiful children, was born and raised in San Diego County. Her hobbies include soccer, softball, hiking and spending time with her family.
Veronica strives to give the best customer service, and enjoys to see patients happy with their results.
