Breast augmentation with lift is a combined cosmetic surgery that brings together the popular breast augmentation and breast lift procedure. As we mature, our bodies begin to lose shape and firmness, causing the skin to sag. This can be caused by age, pregnancy, nursing, and weight fluctuations. A simple breast lift can slow down these effects by raising and reshaping the curvature of the breast.
If you’re tired of your loose skin dragging you down, it may be time to look for a long-term solution. Breast augmentation is a great way to restore your body to its youth or even improve the body that nature gave to you. About Breast Augmentation with Lift
Known under its medical term mastopexy, a breast lift is meant to correct the breast shape by removing excess skin and restoring the nipple and areola to a higher, perkier position on the breast mound. This procedure can be combined with a breast augmentation, which uses either an artificial breast implant or the patient’s own body fat to reflect a robust look.
Recent weight loss, breastfeeding, pregnancy, or the natural process of aging can cause the breasts to become saggy and deflated. The measurements and position of your breasts may reveal signs of aging, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t solutions. A breast lift is an easy process of restoring a woman’s appearance.
Before and After Photos
Patients looking for a bountiful bust leave with dramatic-looking results. Not only do they look good but patients have a renewed sense of self-confidence in their bodies. By contouring your breasts to your desires, you can relax in your own new body. On top of that our clients have noted that:
- Clothes fit better
- Improved self-confidence
- Youthful appearance
- Firmer breast appearance and enhanced projection
- Reduced irritation under breasts
Women wishing to take back their confidence are ideal candidates for a mastopexy procedure. If you are tired of the feeling like your sagging breasts (ptosis) or altered shape is getting you down then a breast lift may be right for you. It is important that patients seeking this treatment be physically healthy and are at optimal weight. We advise you to not smoke as this may create conflicts during your care.
For women planning for a future pregnancy, it is recommended that you hold off on your breast lift as the pregnancy may cause further stretching and drooping to the breasts. Our friendly and attentive staff at Esthetica will determine your candidacy for a breast lift during our one-on-one initial consultation.

No matter how you visit us, Esthetica wants to connect with you.
During your procedure, we will finalize a few items to ensure a smooth experience. You will be administered general anesthesia to make sure you are peacefully resting through your breast augmentation with lift. The operation will typically be performed in about two hours. The extent of your breast ptosis, size, and method of your implant will determine our operation pathway. Your breast lift technique can be deployed three ways.
For a subtle look, consider the “donut incision.” This is where we gently maneuver around the edges of the areola to hide the incision to contour the breast. Thus making your breasts perkier and shaped to complement your figure.
If you need extensive work done, an incision will be made that will extend from the nipple downwards to remove excess skin. The surgeon will then stitch back up the remaining tissue along the lower part of the breast.
This procedure is for cases where the breasts have sagged to a considerable state. For this technique, three incisions will be made that resemble an upside-down anchor. All incisions are skillfully put together.
Regardless of the incision method, the breast tissue will be redesigned and some breast tissue will be removed. The nipple and areola are then repositioned and the skin is closed up using dissolvable sutures.
The healing stage will differ for each one of our patients. However, most patients experience mild swelling, bruising, and discomfort in the first few days after surgery. You will be prescribed pain management medication to alleviate your discomfort. Most women can return to work within seven days. Your routine of daily activities and exercise can continue within three to four weeks. As with any operation, aftercare instructions must be followed to support the recovery process. Dr. Kouli will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and to make sure that your recovery is going according to plan. Once your new perky breasts have healed, you will now fully enjoy your results!
Plan to have a loved one or trusted friend drive you home and care for you the first 24 hour hours after surgery. Give yourself plenty of time to rest and recuperate.
Breast lift surgery is an easy and safe option that can be performed with or without implants. Complementing the procedure with breast augmentation can make your chest look bigger. This is a great solution for those looking for a complete transformation of their upper chest area.
To address skin tightness, many women include tummy tuck procedures with their breast lift. This combination is often a part of a comprehensive overhaul of their body in a customized collection of procedures called the ‘Mommy Makeover.’
Results can be seen almost immediately after surgery. However, it will take several months for your implants to have fully relaxed into their natural state. By this time, swelling will have subdued and when that happens, you will finally be able to bask in the joy of an improved you!
